WE CURRENTLY SHIP DOMESTIC ONLY

Free shipping is available on all orders over $75 and will only apply if your subtotal is over $75 after any promotional code has been used.   

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All packages are processed and shipped Monday-Friday from 9:00 am- 3:00 pm PST, with the exception of national holidays. 

All shipments are packed in our personalized signature packaging. 

NOTE* SOME ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE SHIPPED

 

 ORDERS ARE FULFILLED FOLLOWING VERIFICATION AND CREDIT AUTHORIZATION.

Please make sure your billing information is input correctly during checkout. If your billing information is incorrect, your order might be delayed if additional information is needed.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

We provide tracking information on all orders. Transit time begins the following business day from the date your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. We work currently work with USPS. If you have any questions regarding the carrier that will be delivering your package, please contact us directly at info@lustfulmuse.com

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS THAT SHOW “DELIVERED”. 

SHOULD YOUR DELIVERY STATUS BE UPDATED TO DELIVERED AND YOU HAVE YET TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO SOME FORM OF COMPENSATION, HOWEVER, A CLAIM WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE CARRIER TO ASSIST YOU WITH RESOLVING YOUR DISPUTE.

SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY FOR APPLICABLE ORDERS. AS ALWAYS, OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE VIA EMAIL DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

PLEASE MAKE THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS TO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. A $15 RETURN SHIPMENT FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY BY OUR PROVIDER UNDER THE SAME LABEL FOR ANY REASON (RETURN COST MAY VARY)
